Positive: I liked my room super cozy! I loved the bed, the pillows, the perfect room temperature and the ample lighting in the bathroom.
Negative: I booked this specific hotel because it had breakfast. When booking I made sure that breakfast was included with my room choice. Once I got there, the lady approached me while I ate and asked if I had the breakfast add-on. I said I selected to have breakfast included in my room fee so it should be. She came back with a receipt saying it was not added to my room and I needed to pay right then and there. It was only $17 but for the scene that was caused and the pressure to pay while I was eating left a non-pleasant taste in my mouth. It wasn’t about the money, it simply could have been added to the card on file.
